  • Peak Summer: Weekly: Sunday to Sunday

  • Off Peak: Weekly (arrive Sunday leave Sunday or arrive Friday leave Friday), Weekends (arrive Friday leave  Sunday), Weekday (arrive Sunday leave Friday), or Holiday weekend (arrive Friday leave Monday)

  • Features central A/C, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Included are a refrigerator & ice maker, self cleaning oven, microwave, automatic coffee pot/filters, blender, toaster, portable mixer, pots, pans, utensils,  dishes and silverware and, a clothes washer and dryer are also provided

  • The bedroom features a Queen size bed, the living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. Ceiling Fans are provided in living areas, TV/DVD-VCR and basic cable service. 

  • Your front deck has a private umbrella patio table and chairs, and the Barbecue Grill on the shared rear patio is  also available for your use. 

  • You need to bring your own bath towels, beach towels, beach essentials and a cell phone to stay in touch.
